Behind the Scenes – Conferences
You know how much work goes into making a conference run smoothly?
We have a low-commitment volunteer opportunity that gives you a unique look behind the curtain. By assisting for just an hour or two, you’ll meet the core organizers and get a better understanding of what it takes to produce a successful event. It’s an inside perspective you can’t get anywhere else, and it’s a great line to add to your resume!
Meet people. Make friends. Expand your network.
Get to know people. Not sure how to get started networking?
Since you’re already going to the conference, have you considered quick and easy ways to supercharge your networking?
For just one or two hours, you can help at the registration desk or as a session monitor. This gives you a natural reason to speak with dozens of people, including speakers and organizers, in a way that goes beyond a standard attendee!
It’s a fantastic, low-effort way to make valuable, high-impact connections.

Where better to start than the communities in which you work…
As a member of our professional community, your help is incredibly valuable. We’re looking for someone to help for just an hour or two to make the conference a great experience for everyone. It’s a small commitment that makes a huge difference in supporting our organization and building a more connected community. It’s also a great way to meet fellow professionals who are just as passionate as you are.
Looking to build your resume in a Unique way?
If you’re looking for a way to stand out professionally, volunteering at the conference is an easy win. For just a small amount of your time, you can add a leadership or community involvement bullet point to your resume. It shows initiative and a deeper commitment to the industry than just attending. And for some, it can even count toward professional development or certification credit.
