ICPA Bylaws
Adopted December 20, 2006The governing document of the association: membership classes, voting rights, board composition and officer duties. Individual members must comprise the majority of the Board, and only individual members may serve as officers.
Anti-Trust Policy
Last updated March 19, 2015ICPA is a trade association, so its meetings put competitors in the same room. This document sets what may and may not be discussed at ICPA events, on ICPA boards and in ICPA communications. Read the Don’ts before any ICPA meeting you attend.
Privacy Policy

Under the bylaws, individual members hold the votes, the majority of the Board and every officer seat. Membership is how you get a say in it.
