Copper entries reject in ACE from September 14 without smelt and cast data
CBP CSMS #69711865 says that from Monday, September 14, ACE will reject entry summaries on HTSUS 8544.42.10, 8544.42.20, 8544.42.90 and 8544.49.10 unless the 54 record Type 12 reports the country of smelt and country of cast. No rate or scope changes; this is an enforcement cutover on a reporting rule in place since July 30, and entries filed without it will not clear.
