Regional communities are run by volunteer chairs and meet in person, open to everyone in the area whether or not you are a member. Topic groups are working discussions between people who hold the same rulebook: the classification calls, the filings and the enforcement letters that only that specialty sees. Caregivers in Compliance is neither, and deliberately so. Filter for one kind, or search across all three.

It is the honest picture of what a meeting is: a working session on one live problem, led by someone who has handled it. Not every community keeps a record, and a blank list here does not mean a quiet chapter.

Every group on this page exists because a member decided to run one. Email the RTC committee at rtcgroup@icpainc.org with either a city you would chair a community in, or an industry or issue a topic group would cover and who it is for. It is not a difficult process, but it does take commitment from someone who wants an active role in ICPA’s mission, so be prepared to lead it.

What a group has to commit to

  1. Run by a regular ICPA member, or by a service provider with a regular member partner.
  2. Open to members and non-members alike.
  3. Actively encourages ICPA membership.

The groups are open. Membership is what keeps them running.

Anyone in the area can attend a regional community meeting, and anyone can join a topic group on LinkedIn. The chairs, the speakers and the calendar behind them are funded by members, and a new individual member at an importer or exporter joins free for the first year.
