How do I calculate the reporting qty to export software, “m2”. Could you ask the group how to calculate this number

Does anyone know of a site on the Internet where you can download a database of the EU TARIC codes and descriptions? We would like to integrate the HS codes with our corporate parts database.

Can anyone direct me to a list or database that gives a cross reference for equivalent HTS for Canada and USA classifications? I have 10 digit HTSUS and need the corresponding Canadian 10 digit number for a large number of items. Thanks.
