Per IRS Form 720, the tax on Ozone Depleting Chemicals for imported products needs to be declared. To my knowledge this is not declared as part of the customs entry. How is this tax typically paid/managed? Is there a list of HTS or commodities that are considered ozone depleting? Any references or guidance is appreciated.
