Question:

Hoping someone can help clarify the use of license exception LPP for 5A002.z.1.a. The CCL for 5A002 states LPP is available for 5A002.z.1.a.  However, in 740.29(b) Eligible commodities, 5A002.z.1.a is not listed. 740.29(f)(iii) appears to also confirm the use of LPP for 5A002.z.1.a. Has anyone used LPP for 5A002.z.1.a items or have an explanation for what appears to be discrepant information?
