Question:

We have group discussion regarding interpretation for volume under 8418.10.00  "Having a refrigerated volume of ....".  Does that include the freezer's volume? We appreciate your thoughts on this subject matter. Some are saying freezers are refrigeration too, just below freezing, so both freezer and refrigerator liter volume is to be reported.       Others believe it is just the refrigerator volume of the product (do not include the freezer volume) because the subheading is specifically stating Combined refrigerator-freezers, fitted with separate external doors or drawers, or combinations thereof.." or just the refrigerator --non-freezer temperature.  The next subheading is Refrigerators, household type (no mention of freezers)
