Do any members have procedures on handling imports of animal products that may be subject to Fish and Wildlife (FWS) or CITES regulations that they would be willing to share?
Has any of the members filed for duty refund for imported merchandise long after it has cleared customs because imported decided to remove it from sale due to possible minimum health hazard? No OGA had issued a recall. Removal from market was importer-driven decision. If so, what is the procedure?
For members who participate in the USDA sugar reexport program, how do they handle reporting to USDA changes in formulas/BOM for their exported products? Do you update USDA on a quarterly basis or more frequently? What do you do if the formula/BOM changes more than once in a quarter?
