Hi, I am wondering if anyone will be willing to share their policies and procedures for hand-carries and engineers traveling with the tools-of-the-trade.
Does any ICPA member have a format for a commercial invoice for use by travelers for international handcarries (in or out of the US or between other countries) that they can share?
Does anyone have any good violation stories relating to hand carries? I am presenting to my engineers this week and they love this stuff. Their favorite word is “smuggling”. If you work with a bunch of engineers, you understand their weird sense of humor.
