See attached from the CBP website.As long as they have INTERNATIONAL business activities. If they are only in the USA, with no foreign locations my answer would still be no. Question: We are a C-TPAT validated importer, but our internal fleet wants to become aC-TPAT or PIP validated carrier. Can a carrier choose which program to join and then request mutualrecognition from the other program?
