What constitutes a side table as bedroom furniture? Should it have drawers? Is there a certain height? We market the same table as both a side table, but also as a couch end table.

Do any companies reclassify every item or do companies mostly depend upon the supplier/OEM to provide the HTS information? We realize we are the importer of record and are responsible, but are curious to what other companies do.
