Membership Types/Criteria:
| Membership Type | Criteria |
|---|---|
| Individual Importer/Exporter (USD $125) | Current or previous employment as a compliance professional by a business and/or corporation engaged in international trade as an importer or exporter. Employees of service providers (Customs Brokers, FF’s, Law Firms, Consultants, etc.) are NOT eligible for this membership type. |
| Academic (USD $50) | Professor, teacher, instructor, faculty member or full-time student enrolled in an institution of higher learning. If you already work in international trade you are NOT eligible for this membership Type. |
| Senior/Retired (USD $50) | Those individuals 65 or older (or who have retired) who just want to keep up with the world of international trade. |
| Military (USD $50) | Those individuals who have served in the Military. Employees of service providers (Customs Brokers, FF’s, Law Firms, Consultants, etc.) are NOT eligible for this membership type. |
| Sole Practitioner (USD $200) | Reserved for small service provider businesses as defined in ICPA’s bylaws. Upon request Sole Practitioner members can be listed in the “Service Provider” web page. We can list your company name and a link to your website based on business category (Attorney, Broker, Consultant, Misc., etc.). |
| Service Provider – Associate Business (USD $1,250) | Available to a business and/or corporation categorized as a service provider as defined in ICPA’s bylaws. This membership type entitles the member company to five membership registrations which are included in the membership fee!! This means up to five employees can register and receive the daily emails. All the second through fifth members need to do is register at the “New Member Signup” link above, indicate member type as “Associate Business”, and indicate you are paying by “check” but do NOT go to the payment link and do NOT actually send in any more money. Upon request Associate Business members can be listed in the “Service Provider” web page. We can list your company name and a link to your website based on business category (Attorney, Broker, Consultant, Misc., etc.). |
| Global Partner (USD $3,000) | By invitation only, for more information, contact dpoore@icpainc.org. |
| Individual Business Membership – other than North America (USD $200) | This level includes, consultants, attorneys, brokers, freight forwarders, etc. this includes only those individuals who are domiciled outside of North America. |
