It is common knowledge in the international trade industry that Cuba is essentially embargoed by the United States. The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulates the very few types of exports that are permissible for Cuban trade. OFAC’s set of regulations specifically for Cuba is the Cuban Assets Control Regulations (CACR).
