We would like to hear how other companies are handling the obtaining of Trade Agreement information from your vendors for the multiple trade agreements that now exist? Do you have a set procedure or process for getting this data? Thank you for your help.
Does anyone have a template for a US-Australia Free Trade Agreement certificate that they could share? I understand that there is not a formal certificate like NAFTA, but I would assume that there are certain things that must be declared.
For a TAA involving 1 foreign entity, the U.S. applicant, and a 2nd U.S. company as signatories, should the applicant’s transmittal letter reference the 2nd U.S. company’s registration number for the 124.12(a)(1) info? Also, should the 2nd U.S. company provide a 126.13 certification letter to be sent as part of the TAA package?
