Is anyone familiar with the USDA’s Sugar Containing Products Re-export Program. Additionally, can someone point me in the direction of information on the program, as well as provide the name of a consultant or firm that may assist in the filing to the USDA.

Our broker has told us that with a few exceptions, either the HTSUS OR Schedule B could be used to classify exports. Can anyone point us to any guidance that has been written in this regard?

For export valuation, do the packaging and freight charges need to be 100% accurate, or is an estimate of the value on the invoice acceptable? What about the weight of the shipment on the invoice?
