Is anyone familiar with the USDA’s Sugar Containing Products Re-export Program. Additionally, can someone point me in the direction of information on the program, as well as provide the name of a consultant or firm that may assist in the filing to the USDA.

For export valuation, do the packaging and freight charges need to be 100% accurate, or is an estimate of the value on the invoice acceptable? What about the weight of the shipment on the invoice?
