Question: Are companies asking their receptionist to use their DPL screening software to check all visitors to their locations for both Export controls and/or C- TPAT? (showing due diligence)

Question:  We are having a difficult time getting effective C-TPAT content imbedded into our company’s supplier contract language due to resistance by our supplier management contracts personnel.  Is anyone willing to share how you were able to get the language into your supplier contracts and what your language says?

Question:Does anyone have a best practice for controlling your seals? Do you log in?  we have them registered on our BOL’s and the sign out sheet for each truck but not a separate form for just seal control.
