We are considering implementing required compliance trainings for our internal groups. Can anyone provide a template / matrix that their company has used as a training log to show that their employees have read & understand all internal custom documents / procedures or to document when employees go through specific job related training.

We are looking at doing some at type of video/webinars/computer programs might be available to reduce the paper work?
