Question: We are hiring a new import coordinator who is a newbee to the industry! Does anyone have a good training checklist for training new import coordinators or anykind of training program that they would mind sharing.
We are considering implementing required compliance trainings for our internal groups. Can anyone provide a template / matrix that their company has used as a training log to show that their employees have read & understand all internal custom documents / procedures or to document when employees go through specific job related training.

Question: In the past, we have done compliance training for our secretaries via hard copy booklets. We are looking at doing some at type of video/webinars/computer programs might be available to reduce the paper work?
