  • REVOKED RULINGS AND PEA’S

    Question: If a classification ruling is revoked today, could we file PEAs or protest entries previously filed using the HTS of the revoked ruling?  These rulings were not issued to our company, we just based our classification on the information found in CROSS. Thank you.
