We recently learned that Canada is printing its 2007 HTS in September this year to coincide with the WTO publishing their amendments. Has anyone heard whether the USITC might consider publishing the 2007 HTSUS in September. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have the tariff before the start of a new year?
