We have a general question regarding WHERE in a large multi-billion$ global organization does the Hazmat responsibility for DOT, IATA and Maritime fall. Does the responsibility for corporate hazmat compliance reside in EHS, Logistics-Supply Chain or Trade Compliance (Imports-Exports) We realize it could fall into numberous functions but what is best practice.
