I am hoping members in the semiconductor industry could assist with a general inquiry. Are there any other ECCN’s in the CCL where semiconductor chips or integrated circuits are “controlled” for export to China other than 3A001?

When classifying the ECCN for export, if there is a “Unit” specified under “List of Items Controlled” on the CCL, would this mean that the ECCN only applies to goods meeting the unit criteria. E.g. 1C996 indicates “Barrels (55 gallons/209 liters)”. Does 1C996 only cover barrels that are 55 gallons or would it also cover […]
