We are a large global electronic components manufacturer. We often have customers request ECCNs from us, sometimes for thousands of parts. In addition, they want US ECCNs, EU ECCNs, etc. How are other large companies handling this? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am hoping members in the semiconductor industry could assist with a general inquiry. Are there any other ECCN’s in the CCL where semiconductor chips or integrated circuits are “controlled” for export to China other than 3A001?
When classifying the ECCN for export, if there is a “Unit” specified under “List of Items Controlled” on the CCL, would this mean that the ECCN only applies to goods meeting the unit criteria.
