If company X manufacture product Y in Puerto Rico, could the Country of Origin marking said “Made in US”? Keep in mind that Puerto Rico is a territory of the US and have no authority to enter into Foreign Trade Agreements by its own. Also, Puerto Rico is part of the U.S. Customs Territory.
