Does anyone have a template or form that they use (and are willing to share) for their warehouse receiving folks to complete that will satisfy the CTPAT requirements?

What have other members done to get CTPAT Foreign Supplier Surveys back? We are struggling to get responses, as most don’t understand how critical this is to the Validation process. Any thoughts? Thank you.

Can members share their experiences of visits by US Customs to foreign suppliers pertaining to CTPAT? Our Company was selected for a re-validation and this time around they want to visit three suppliers in Thailand. Does anyone have an agenda that was used for their visit? What type of records are reviewed?

I am working on a C-TPAT security training and threat awareness program for my company. Does anyone know of any “off-the-shelf” training videos/CDs that are worthwhile? If not, are there other teaching methods that are worth considering?
