I’ve heard from a broker rep.that is enrolled in ACE they have a PC dedicated to using ACE since it can run very slow and having to change the settings. Does anyone else that participates in ACE have the same issues?
Has anyone discovered ACE is missing data. Some entry dates are picked up as “null”, so until they fix it, you have to run the “null” report in addition to your regular reports.
We just joined the ACE pilot. I heard some companies are disappointed in the data. Does anyone have comments on the data available through ACE?
