A Proud Tradition of Harmony & Community at ICPA
Created by ICPA Co-Founder Ann Lister, Voices of Compliance began as a joyful way to bring our community together through music. What started as a small group of passionate professionals has grown into a beloved annual conference tradition — a reminder that behind every tariff code and regulation is a human voice worth celebrating.
This volunteer choir is currently led by Jamie Adams, continuing the legacy of past leader Darrel Pearson, with a mission to spread encouragement, unity, and a little fun across the ICPA network.

- Perform uplifting, themed music during the ICPA Annual Conference
- Spread positivity, connection, and the “heart” of trade compliance
- Represent ICPA as “Angels of Compliance” — often symbolized with ICPA wings on shirts
