The U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement includes significant upgrades and changes, particularly with respect to labor provisions. This webinar will examine the USMCA’s new rapid response labor mechanism and examine the instances in which it has already been implemented, as well as the new U.S. Interagency Labor Committee for Monitoring and Enforcement. We will also review how the labor-related changes in the USMCA have impacted companies doing business in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
