NAFTA has not been updated to meet the new tariff codes. Many of my product fell under 8443.90. They are now 8443.91 and 8443.99. Do I follow the same rules that applied to 8443.90 – a change to subheading 8443.90 (now 91 or 99) from any other heading.

QUESTION: Does anyone in the membership have a NAFTA RVC analysis worksheet and a country of origin analysis worksheet they would be willing to share? This will be used to prepare for a NAFTA verification.
