    Question: I’m new to ITAR and have basic knowledge.  Our company may be manufacturing missile guidance position detectors in the U.S for a foreign military using foreign customer supplied technical specifications.  Is a MLA required or do we just need to apply for an ITAR license?

    Question:   Does anyone have a list of all possible USML’s in a flat file, Excel or other format in which our IT team can utilize for a database. We are looking to create data integrity within our ITAR USML field in our system and want a list to bounce the values entered against.
