This library reflects every source currently cited across the eight USMCA topic pages, plus sources that have appeared on those pages in the past. It is updated as topic pages change.
Tier 1 — Primary Government Sources — USTR, Secretaría de Economía, Global Affairs Canada/CBSA, U.S. CBP, Federal Register, USITC, and equivalent official material.
Tier 2 — Secondary Legal & Policy Analysis — law firms including our partner firms, CRS, think tanks, and industry association commentary used to interpret or contextualize Tier 1 material.
