International Projects, Inc. and the U.S. Council for International Business Incoterms 2020 seminar October 1 Boston

This is a full day seminar on Incoterms® 2020 with Frank Reynolds, U.S. delegate to the ICC 2000, 2010 and 2020 Incoterms® revisions.  We cover the rules and their changes in the context of how trade is conducted in and with the United States.  Each rule is examined from the perspective of sellers, buyers, and the service providers they engage.

A thorough understanding of Incoterms® 2020 rules is a worthwhile investment in time and money.  These rules influence such important considerations as carrier, forwarder and broker selection, risk transfer and compliance issues.  They also speak to payment risk and revenue recognition.  As revisions typically last approximately ten years, it makes sense to learn how they work correctly and completely the first time.

This seminar qualifies for five NCBFAA CCS/CES/MES credits.

Materials include a copy of the official ICC Incoterms® 2020 and Incoterms® for Americans® rewritten for the 2020 rules.
